At Elytra, we’re building a community around a challenge that gets more serious and more interesting every year: Food & Beverage producers who need their products to:

- Meet the expectations of increasingly informed consumers,

- Comply with ever more demanding regulations,

- and do it with the R&D speed required to stay competitive (or become market leaders).

We support this community by understanding these real roadblocks (regulatory + speed + technical clarity) and building solutions from scratch to help teams move faster in R&D.

That’s why today we’re publicly launching Food Analysis System Mx v1.0: a multi-agent AI web app that helps any company assess whether its formulations intended for the Mexican market require front-of-pack warning labels for excess critical nutrients under NOM-051-SCFI/SSA1-2010 (and its amendment published in the DOF).

This initial release is aligned with the Phase 2 implementation timeline (October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027).

In the coming weeks, the app will go beyond identifying required seals and mandatory declarations. It will also provide formulation guidance and recommendations to reduce or even eliminate warning labels, with a practical, R&D-focused approach.Access to the Food
